OUI, nous avons mené un très beau projet avec SHEMS du 25 au 30 juin derniers, et particulièrement avec Zineb et Wijdane, avec qui nous avons d’excellentes relations. SHEMS a complètement su répondre à notre demande client, en soulignant leur disponibilité et leur écoute. Nous avons eu un programme d’exception, que nous avions pu approfondir grâce au repérage en janvier dernier Nous avons eu également quelques « surprises » de budgets non négligeables sur des prestations client supplémentaires demandées tardivement. Mais SHEMS a su nous accompagner !! Globalement, et pour n’importe quel pays étranger, il faut garder à l’esprit que les prestations peuvent être différentes d’un pays à l’autre, et s’assurer également que nos demandes/attentes « françaises » sont bien comprises par nos interlocuteurs… Bien sûr que nous recommandons SHEMS et que nos contacts et échanges avec Zineb et Wijdane ont grandement facilité les choses pour ce magnifique projet !  Belle journée, Bien cordialement,
